How it works

• Step 1 – Choose your product – We have two main styles of race suits. Embroidered/pre dyed fabrics or Fully sublimated fabric and logos.
• Step 2 – Design – Our in house designer can create an all new design based around your chosen colours and sponsor or logos, we can also try and match your race suit design to your kart sticker kit, or we can adapt an existing design or idea you may have.
• Design Charges – We charge a flat fee of $77.00 to draw up a design. This fee is refundable if you proceed with the purchase of your race suit.
• Logos – should be supplied in vector format so they are able to be resized them without losing quality. Vector format logos will be a file type such as .eps, .ai, or .pdf (although non-vector graphics can be saved in those formats). File types such as .gif, .jpg, .tif or .png aren’t vector graphics and generally aren’t suitable. We do have some industry logos on file, and can also re draw logos at an additional charge.
• Colour Matching – We are able to match colours that may form part of corporate branding guidelines, and these need to be supplied to us as Pantone (PMS) colours. Please note that colour matching is only available on all our sublimated products. In the case of our Elite Kart suits, pre dyed fabrics are matched as close as possible to your desired colours.
• Step 3 – Sizing – See link to download sizing form.
• The sizing form needs to be filled out with body measurements as per the instructions on the form. When taking measurements, ensure you are wearing what you normally wear under your race suit (do not wear a rib protector while taking measurements).
• If you are looking to have some growth room, please add 1-2cm to the measurements.

• Step 4 – Order confirmation – Once you have approved the design and provided a competed sizing form, the order will need to be confirmed with a 50% deposit. Once the order is confirmed, production takes 3-4 weeks. The final 50% payment is due once the products ship from the factory and we provide you with photos of the finished product.
